As of January 2007, Star Magazine released a cover story claiming Mary-Kate was weighing 80 pounds again but Mary-Kate's spokesperson has denied this claim insisting that Mary-Kate has been taking care of herself since rehab. Paris Hilton and Mary-Kate no longer speak after Paris started dating Mary-Kate's ex, Greek shipping heir Stavros Niarchos III. Ashley Olsen has recently filed a $40 million lawsuit against the National Enquirer for printing a headline saying "Ashley Olsen Caught In Drug Scandal".
